Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:

if you are 5 minutes late for the session, it is considered a no show. Which means that your appointment will be automatically cancelled without a refund. There will be no free rescheduling. You will have to book another session yourself.

 It is your responsibility to show up on zoom on time. I send the zoom link to your email within 24 hours after you purchased(check junk/spam mail just in case.)

it is also your responsibility to look through your emails to find the zoom link. If you can’t find the Zoom link, please email me atleast 1-2 hours before the reading and I will resend it.

how to reschedule yourself for free: when you book through my scheduler, there is a confirmation email you receive right after booking a session. Within that confirmation email, there is a reschedule option you can click on to reschedule yourself. 
Or you can email me when you know you won’t be able to make it.  Email me atleast 1 hour before the session starts and I will reschedule your appointment free of charge. 

* If you signed up for my mentorship program and you are late, it is an automatic reschedule for free instead of cancellation.
